Lounge and dining: Contains lounge suite, dining table and 6 chairs, flat screen TV and Austar (free of charge), DVD player and sound system. The lounge room has floor to ceiling glass doors that open onto a wrap around balcony overlooking the ocean, Coolangatta to the south, the hinterland and the mountains.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with gas cooktop, wall oven, rangehood, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave.
All linen items are supplied (sheets, blankets, towels). The apartment is fitted with split air conditioning to all bedrooms and lounge/dining area, sprinkler system and smoke detectors. Being situated in a gated security complex, it has private security lift to for sole use of residents, security intercom access and free under cover parking for one (1) vehicle. For your safety, a dead bolt is fitted to the front door and patio door bolts to balcony sliding doors.

Have just found Palm Beachs’ best kept secret!! Excellent apartment – well furnished with modern fittings, huge balcony with fantastic views, quiet complex with absolute beach frontage, patrolled beach approx 200 metres. All our enquiries and subsequent bookings were handled efficiently and with a minimum of fuss by Andrew who was kind enough to offer a discounted rate when we returned and stayed for another extra long weekend two weeks later!! Thanks for helping us to start and finish our holiday on a fantastic high. I will certainly recommend this apartment to all our family and friends.

We had a fantastic stay – all bookings/enquiries were handled perfectly. Cleaners had just missed the laundry and balcony – both had fair amount of sand. Otherwise – magnificent. Thanks for looking after so well.

I would like to thank you (Tony & Andrew) for the fantastic service you provided for us in booking our in accommodation in Sep 2009. The unit was fantastic, beautiful views, clean, comfortable and we could see the whales from our balcony. I will certainly contact you again to book accommodation and we had such a great time we have decided to come back to the Gold Coast next year.
