All linen items are supplied (sheets, blankets, towels). The apartment is fitted with split air conditioning to all bedrooms and lounge/dining area, sprinkler system and smoke detectors. Being situated in a gated security complex, it has security intercom access and free under cover parking for one (1) vehicle. For your safety, a dead bolt is fitted to the front door and patio door bolts to balcony sliding doors.
