Lounge and dining: Contains lounge suite, dining table and 6 chairs, flat screen TV and Austar (free of charge), DVD player and sound system. The lounge room has floor to ceiling glass doors that open onto a wrap around balcony overlooking the ocean, Coolangatta to the south, the hinterland and the mountains.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with gas cooktop, wall oven, rangehood, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave.
Main bathroom: Hand basin with granite finishes, bathtub, and shower.
Laundry: Full laundry facilities with washer, dryer, vacuum cleaner and iron.
Powder Room: Toilet and hand basin.
All linen items are supplied (sheets, blankets, towels).
The apartment is fitted with ducted conditioning to all bedrooms and lounge/dining area, sprinkler system and smoke detectors. Being situated in a gated security complex, it has private security lift to for sole use of residents, security intercom access and free under cover parking for one (1) vehicle. For your safety, a dead bolt is fitted to the front door and patio door bolts to balcony sliding doors.

Just came back and absolutely loved the location and the appartment! So spacious, clean and well looked after. A home away from home. Will definitely return some day.
Just a really quick note re our recent stay at Palm Springs – the apartment itself was very nice and I appreciated the seamless arrangements for keys (ie you sent in post, we left in apartment on way out)We had a great stay, enjoyed the lovely views, comfortable apartment, and of course the beach. We will be back again another time, and I found your web site and service very easy to deal with.
We enjoyed our stay greatly and were more than pleased with the unit 607 palm springs. I would recommend to others and the service provided to me by Andrew was outstanding.

Just a short note to sincerely thank you for our recent stay at Palm Beach. We all had a lovely stay at the apartment – it was great to relax and take in the views of the sea and mountains – just what the doctor ordered!!
Everything was handy and we were able to tour some of the local area including the Tweed Valley.

Have just found Palm Beachs’ best kept secret!! Excellent apartment – well furnished with modern fittings, huge balcony with fantastic views, quiet complex with absolute beach frontage, patrolled beach approx 200 metres. All our enquiries and subsequent bookings were handled efficiently and with a minimum of fuss by Andrew who was kind enough to offer a discounted rate when we returned and stayed for another extra long weekend two weeks later!! Thanks for helping us to start and finish our holiday on a fantastic high. I will certainly recommend this apartment to all our family and friends.
We had a fantastic stay – all bookings/enquiries were handled perfectly. Cleaners had just missed the laundry and balcony – both had fair amount of sand. Otherwise – magnificent. Thanks for looking after so well.

The unit was fantastic, beautiful views, clean, comfortable and we could see the whales from our balcony.
