Lounge and dining: Contains lounge suite, dining table and 6 chairs, flat screen TV and Austar (free of charge), DVD player and sound system. The lounge room has floor to ceiling glass doors that open onto a wrap around balcony overlooking the ocean, Surfers Paradise to the north.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with gas cooktop, wall oven, rangehood, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave.
Main bathroom: Hand basin with granite finishes, bathtub and shower.
Laundry: Full laundry facilities with washer, dryer, vacuum cleaner and iron.
Powder Room: Toilet and hand basin.
All linen items are supplied (sheets, blankets, towels). The apartment is fitted with split air conditioning to all bedrooms and lounge/dining area, sprinkler system and smoke detectors. Being situated in a gated security complex, it has security intercom access and free under cover parking for two (2) vehicles - car spaces 8 & 9. For your safety, a dead bolt is fitted to the front door and patio door bolts to balcony sliding doors.

Our stay at the apartment was great. The location was terrific and the apartment itself was lovely.Perfect for our two families and we would love to come back again.
Palm Springs was a gteat place to stay, everyone we encountered in the unit complex was super friendly and welcoming. The apartment itself was absolutly beautiful and the views spectacular and entertaining as it was raining most of the weekend. Thank You for giving us a great place to stay.
