Up to eight people can be accommodated in comfort within the apartment by ordering two additional fold-away beds. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a walk-in closet. A connecting bathroom can also be found here. The second bedroom likewise holds a queen-sized bed and closet. Both rooms also have television sets available. The third bedroom has two single beds and a closet. The main bathroom has both a bathtub and a shower, a toilet, a hand basin and a hair dryer. The apartment also has a smaller powder room with toilet.

The lounge comes complete with a television set, a sound system and a DVD player for all your entertainment needs. The kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art cooking items and tools, making cooking easy and delightful for you. One of the most appealing aspects of Apartment 244 is the terrace balcony, with outdoor chairs and table and panorama. There is no need for you to worry about security. The Moroccan View Tower lies in a safe neighbourhood, and all precautions have been made to ensure that you have a secure and enjoyable vacation. The entire complex is gated with secure fencing all around. Access is only be FOB key. Similarly your key activates the private lift that is exclusive for residents. Screening visitors is not a problem with the readily available intercom access that enables visitors to gain entry. Smoke detectors and a sprinkler system have been installed throughout the building. The front door and all the doors leading to the balcony have fitted chain locks to allow you to sleep soundly at night. You are also provided with one dedicated parking space in a safe, covered area for your vehicle.
