The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed and walk-in wardrobe. This bedroom has its own en suite bathroom and has direct access to the terrace balcony. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed and built-in closet. The third bedroom features two single beds and closet. Only the master and second bedroom has TV sets.
There are three bathrooms in Apartment 244. The first is found in the master bedroom while the main bathroom is for the second and third bedroom. These bathrooms all have a bathtub, shower, hand basin and toilet. The last bathroom is a small powder room that features a toilet and hand basin only.
The lounge area is the entertainment hub in the apartment. This is where the flat screen TV, DVD players and sound system are found. Near the lounge area is the gourmet kitchen where the range hood, electric cook top, microwave, wall oven and other equipment are found. Serve delicious meals in the formal dining area which can seat 6 people comfortably. The lounge area has direct access to the balcony where in outdoor chairs and tables are provided for relaxation and viewing pleasure.
Security isn’t an issue either; the resort takes extra security precautions to make sure all guests are safe within the complex. The resort is gated and can only be accessed with an FOB key. Private lifts are only accessible by residents. There is a security intercom for residents use too. Each apartment is fitted with smoke detectors and a sprinkler system. All doors inside the apartment are fitted with internal chain locks for added safety. Even the parking area is undercover and secured.
