Palm Beach Holiday Abode is a single level waterfront home that can easily accommodate up to 10 people. The home features 4 luxurious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms contain a queen-sized bed, while the fourth bedroom contains two single beds. The master bedroom, with its exquisite marble tiles, has an additional walk-in closet, television set and an en-suite vanity bathroom with a spa bath. The second bedroom likewise has an en-suite bathroom and a built-in wardrobe. The third bedroom also has a built-in closet. The main bathroom contains a shower, a hand basin and a toilet. The entire home is fitted with fully ducted air conditioning, and has additional ceiling fans in all of the rooms.
The holiday home has a welcoming open-plan lounge area, with timber floors that are polished. This living room is elegantly designed with modern décor, and contains a dining set, a television set, a sound system and a DVD player. Austar is available in the home free of charge.
The kitchen, with its impressive marble tops, is equipped with the latest cooking equipment. Included are a stainless steel sink, a refrigerator that carries up to 570 liters of ice and chilled water, a 900 mm Omega oven, a microwave, a gas cook top, a range hood and a dishwasher. Gourmet glasses and crockery are also available.
Towels, sheets and blankets are all supplied when you book. There is also a laundry area, with a washer, iron and dryer, as well as a vacuum cleaner.
Outside the master bedroom and the living room, through glass doors, lies a saltwater pool surrounded by palm trees, giving guests a tropical feel. A large covered area paved with limestone that overlooks the canal can also be found here, offering spectacular views of the water. This is the ideal place to entertain guests and spend some alone time. This private deck is a good area to hold a barbecue for a terrific al fresco dining experience.
