Located on the 38th level of Skyline North Tower 1 of the popular Chevron Renaissance building, the 3-bedroom Surfers Paradise apartment is ideal for those looking for a vacation from the busy city.
Families and groups of up to 8 people can easily fit inside the three bedrooms of Apartment 2382. The master bedroom holds a queen-sized bed with a walk-in closet. There is also a television inside the room. The second and the third bedrooms both contain two single beds with cabinets that are built in. Fold-up beds are available upon request of the guest.
There are also three bathrooms in Apartment 2382. The main bathroom, which has granite finishes, contains a shower, a bathtub and a toilet. Another bathroom is found inside to the master bedroom suite. The third is a small powder room, with a hand basin and a toilet.
The kitchen is complete with all your cooking needs, including a steel sink, a wall oven, a microwave, an electric cooktop, a rangehood and a refrigerator that can store 370 liters. Laundry is likewise not a problem, with the apartment’s vacuum cleaner, washer and iron at hand.
The lounge is a comfortable place to just chill out in. Watch your favorite shows on the flat screen TV or the latest movies on the DVD player. A sliding glass door connects the lounge to the balcony, which gives you eye-catching views of the Pacific Ocean.
If you are in a group of more than 8 people, you can choose to rent another Surfers Paradise apartment on the floor immediately above Apartment 2382. Apartment 2392, which can be found on the 39th floor of Chevron Renaissance, has similar features as Apartment 2382. The apartment offers equally stunning views of the Gold Coast below.

This apartment is fabulously located and has almnost everything you need. Being above a shopping centre, it takes only minutes to pop downstairs and grab something to cook, or to grab takeaway. You can walk to everything and the views are spectacular. It wasn’t beach weather, so the indoor pool was most welcome for the kids. (We’d like to come back in summer to make use of the great outdoor facilities). The price we paid was fabulously low too!
THe only down side to our stay was the lack of internet access in the apartment. Otherwise – fabulous!

I must say that our stay there was fantastic. The view was second to none, it was tastefully furnished, and the parking was extremely convenient. The facilities at the resort were sensational, from the “beach” and barbeque area on level 5 or 6 to the shops, eateries, and pub in the downstairs mall made for a great stay. The convenience of the supermarket downstairs was also one of the main reasons why we chose your apartment. The only regret I have is that we spent most of our stay at the theme parks for our children and I would have liked more time to relax at the resort and take advantage of the facilities, although we did spend many evenings wandering through the shops enjoying the late trading on the Gold Coast. It is for this reason that I will return in the future and will be recommending this resort to all of my friends and acquaintances
