Located on the 29th floor of Skyline Central 3 Tower, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is perfect for the family with youngsters and has everything you need.
The resort is one of the most sought after locations on Australia’s Gold Coast; located right in the heart of Surfers Paradise and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, entertainment and of course, the fabulous beaches for which the Gold Coast is famous throughout the world.
This apartment faces southwest with panoramic views south towards Burleigh Heads and Coolangatta, across the fabulous Surfers Paradise canals and Chevron Island then over the Nerang River toward the greenery of the Gold Coast hinterland. You can enjoy the fabulous tropical sunsets from your own private balcony.
Apartment 3291 features two large bedrooms and two large bathrooms separated by the living area giving you effectively two separate suites. The ultra modern kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with everything needed to cook up a full gourmet meal or to simply heat up a microwave dinner. It’s your choice.
Both bedrooms have heaps of wardrobe space. The master bedroom contains a king-sized bed and has its own beautifully appointed en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and handbasin. The second bedroom has two king-sized single beds. For the little traveller there is a folding travel cot, high chair and melamine crockery. A baby stroller and car booster seat are also available on request.
The main living area has a dining table with four chairs as well as a comfortable liunge setting and entertainment unit. This includes Austar pay TV (at no additional cost) with DVD player, large CD player and free local phone. Full laundry facility is within the unit.

Master bedroom suite
The master bedroom suite is elegantly furnished with a luxurious king size bed and floor-to-ceiling robe. . There is room for two additional folding beds if needed.
This bedroom connects to a full en-suite bathroom with twin hand basins, shower and toilet. With quality granite finishes and hair dryer, you can pamper yourself in privacy.
The master bedroom has floor to ceiling glass doors that open to the balcony with amazing views. You can wake up in the morning; walk straight out on the balcony and breathe the fresh ocean air – that’s quite a way to start your day.

The second bedroom contains two king-sized single beds and has a built-in robe.

The main bathroom has a hand basin with granite finishes, bathtub, shower, toilet and hair dryer.

The spacious living area has fitted carpet and contains a comfortable lounge suite, dining table with four chairs, TV and Austar (no additional charge), DVD player and sound system. The lounge room has floor to ceiling glass doors that open onto a balcony with outdoor table and chairs where you can enjoy stunning panoramic views of the Gold Coast and the ocean.
Kitchen
The fully equipped gourmet designer kitchen has granite bench tops, double stainless steel sink, electric cooktop, wall oven, range hood, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave.
Laundry
Apartment 3291 has full laundry facilities with washer, dryer, vacuum cleaner and iron. All linen items are supplied (sheets, blankets, towels).
The apartment is fitted with ducted air conditioning, sprinkler system and smoke detectors. Being situated in a gated security complex, it has its own private security lifts for the sole use of residents, security intercom access and free under cover parking for one vehicle. For your safety, internal chain locks are fitted to the front door and all balcony sliding doors.
The award winning Chevron Renaissance shopping precinct, can be accessed by private elevator and offers a select mix of cosmopolitan cafes and restaurants, fashion boutiques and specialty stores along pristine, palm‐lined boulevards and without even crossing a street.
