Apartment 2392 allows you to see Surfers Paradise in a different light. Located high on the 39th level of the Chevron Renaissance’s Skyline North Tower 2, you can easily appreciate the spectacular panoramic scenes of the Gold Coast from this splendid 3-bedroom apartment. Perfect for large families, groups, this apartment can easily accommodate up to eight people.
The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a wardrobe, and a well-appointed en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and twin hand basins. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows offer views from this bedroom out over the Pacific Ocean and connect direct to the balcony. The second bedroom has a double-sized bed and a wardrobe. This bedroom too has balcony access. Finally, the third bedroom has three single beds and a wardrobe. One additional folding bed is available upon request.
The main bathroom contains a shower and a bathtub, as well as a toilet and a hand basin. A smaller powder room for guests provides a hand basin and a toilet. All bathrooms have quality fittings and granite finishes.
The living area of apartment 2392 is light and airy and faces east to catch the morning sun and ocean breezes. Polished wooden floors throughout provide a cooling effect. The leather lounge suite is made for relaxation. This area is filled with entertainment facilities that will meet your every need including a sound system and a flat screen television with free Austar.
The living area has a dining setting for six, so that you can enjoy a delicious, home-cooked meal from the apartment’s gourmet kitchen. The kitchen is complete with all your cooking needs, including a stainless steel sink, a wall oven, a microwave, an electric cooktop, a range hood and a 370 litre refrigerator.
Guests can enjoy magnificent views of the Pacific Ocean from the open balcony. The balcony can be accessed from the master bedroom, the third bedroom and the lounge via sliding glass doors. Outdoor chairs and a table are provided for you to sit and enjoy nature’s beauty. Naturally, apartment 2392 is fully air-conditioned. Smoke detectors and a sprinkler system are installed in the apartment, to ensure your safety.
For larger groups of people, you can choose to book another Surfers Paradise apartment on the floor below Apartment 2382. This apartment has similar layout Apartment 2392.
The entire property is enclosed within a gated security complex. Checking in will also give you access to the security intercom, a private lift for residents only, and free under cover secure parking for one vehicle. Once you step into Apartment 2392, be prepared to switch to vacation mode where you don’t need to worry about anything at all. Master bedroom suite
The master bedroom suite is elegantly furnished with a luxurious queen size bed, walk-in robe and separate TV. There is room for two additional folding beds if needed.
This bedroom connects to a full en-suite bathroom with twin hand basins, granite finishes and hair dryer. The master bedroom has floor to ceiling glass doors that open to the balcony with amazing ocean views. You can wake up in the morning; walk straight out on the balcony and breathe the fresh ocean air – that’s quite a way to start your day.
Second bedroom
The second bedroom contains a queen bed and a built-in robe. It also has a glass door providing balcony access.
Third bedroom
The third bedroom contains three single beds and a built-in robe. This bedroom also has stunning ocean views.
Main bathroom
The main bathroom has a hand basin with granite finishes, bathtub, shower, toilet and hair dryer.
Powder Room
There is a separate powder room with toilet and hand basin for guests.

Lounge and dining
The spacious living area has polished woorden floors and contains a comfortable lounge suite, dining table with six chairs, flat screen TV and Austar (no additional charge), DVD player and sound system. The lounge room has floor to ceiling glass doors that open onto a balcony with outdoor table and chairs where you can enjoy the stunning ocean views that you can only get from such a high floor.
Kitchen
The fully equipped gourmet designer kitchen has granite bench tops, double stainless steel sink, electric cooktop, wall oven, range hood, 370 litre refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave.
Laundry
Apartment 2392 has full laundry facilities with washer, dryer, vacuum cleaner and iron. All linen items are supplied (sheets, blankets, towels).
The apartment is fitted with ducted air conditioning, sprinkler system and smoke detectors. Being situated in a gated security complex, it has its own private security lifts for the sole use of residents, security intercom access and free under cover parking for one vehicle. For your safety, internal chain locks are fitted to the front door and all balcony sliding doors.

We had a lovely stay at this modern Apartment, Very Large and exceptional views, close to everything. Kids loves the outside ‘beach pool’ We didnt want to come home! Will definently re-book and stay again…Could not fault anything from the booking to departure.
Third time booking with GCHR! absolutely amazing service, and amazing apartments. Nothing is ever too hard! we had a family group of 28 both times and were easily accomodated in the various apartments.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Chevron Towers, Appt 2392. The apartment is very well appointed and very comfortable for our family of 5. The views are spectacular from the 39th floor and the facilities are great. We only stayed for a short time but still managed to use the gym and both the indoor and outdoor pools. The location is very convenient in the centre of Surfers, right next to Cavill street, and we loved having the Coles supermarket at the base of the Towers for ready access. There are many dining and shopping options all on your doorstep as well as being only minutes to Seaworld and approx 30 min drive to the other theme parks (Dreamworld, Movieworld). Would definitely recommend this accommodation for short or long term holiday stays on the GC. Thanks to Tony Boulden for his exceptional customer service!
