Situated on the 38th level of Skyline North Tower 1 of the popular Chevron Renaissance Resort, this spacious 3-bedroom luxury Surfers Paradise apartment is ideal for those looking for a break from the daily grind. Perfect for large families, groups of up to eight people can easily be accommodated in the three bedrooms of Apartment 2382.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. This bedroom also a television inside the room as well as floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open to the balcony and which provide breathtaking panoramic views of the Australian Gold Coast and the Pacific Ocean..
The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom contains three single beds with built-in cabinets. Each bedroom has a spectacular view and the third bedroom also has balcony access. An additional fold-up bed is available upon request of the guest.
There are also three bathrooms in Apartment 2382. The main bathroom has granite finishes and contains a shower, hand basin bathtub and a toilet. The main bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. There is also a small powder room for visitors, with a hand basin and a toilet.
The kitchen is complete with all your cooking needs, including a steel sink, a wall oven, a microwave, an electric cooktop, a range hood and a 370 litre refrigerator.
Cleaning and laundry are no problems with the apartment’s vacuum cleaner, washer and iron at hand.
The comfortable lounge with more ocean views is a comfortable place in which to chill out. Watch your favorite shows on the flat screen TV or the latest movies on the DVD player. A sliding glass door connects the lounge to the balcony, which gives you eye-catching views of the Pacific Ocean. The balcony table and chairs give you the chance to enjoy your morning coffee while catching the sea breeze or to relax for an afternoon with a good book.
If you are in a group of more than eight people, you can choose to rent another Surfers Paradise apartment on the floor immediately above Apartment 2382. Apartment 2392, which can be found on the 39th floor of Chevron Renaissance, has similar features to Apartment 2382. That apartment offers equally stunning views of the Gold Coast below.
The entire property is enclosed within a gated security complex. Checking in will also give you access to the security intercom, a private lift for residents only, and free under cover secure parking for one vehicle. Once you step into Apartment 2382, be prepared to switch to vacation mode where you don’t need to worry about anything at all. Master bedroom suite
The master bedroom suite is elegantly furnished with a luxurious king size bed, walk-in robe and TV. There is room for an additional folding bed if needed.
The bedroom connects to a full en-suite bathroom with twin hand basins, granite finishes and hair dryer. The master bedroom has floor to ceiling glass doors that open to the balcony with amazing ocean views. You can wake up in the morning; walk straight out on the balcony and breathe the fresh ocean air – that’s quite a way to start your day.
Second bedroom
The second bedroom contains a queen bed and a built-in robe. This bedroom also has stunning ocean views.
Third bedroom
The third bedroom contains three single beds and a built-in robe. It also has a glass door providing balcony access.

The spacious living area is fully carpeted and contains a comfortable lounge suite, dining table with six chairs, flat screen TV and Austar (no additional charge), DVD player and sound system. The lounge room has floor to ceiling glass doors that open onto a balcony with outdoor table and chairs where you can enjoy the stunning ocean views that you can only get from such a high floor.

The fully equipped gourmet designer kitchen has granite bench tops, double stainless steel sink, electric cooktop, wall oven, range hood, 370 litre refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave.
Laundry
Apartment 2382 has full laundry facilities with washer, dryer, vacuum cleaner and iron. All linen items are supplied (sheets, blankets, towels).
The apartment is fitted with ducted air conditioning, sprinkler system and smoke detectors. Being situated in a gated security complex, it has its own private security lifts for the sole use of residents, security intercom access and free under cover parking for one vehicle. For your safety, internal chain locks are fitted to the front door and all balcony sliding doors.

We spent 7 nights at the Chevron Renaissancen on the Gold Coast and I have to say it was one of the best holidays we have had, the location was great, walking distance to everything and the resort had great facilities.
“FANTASTIC” the view was was just spectacular, was so central to everything. we stayed for 3 weeks and was still not long enough. Andrew was just wonderful and so professional, you could not ask for better service. I was a bit concerned at first doing it all over the internet, but i could not have dealt with a better company. The money we saved by using GCHR we were able to have a holiday in a top resort in the middle of surfers paradise which we could never be able do otherwise. Having the choice of 3 pools and 2 spa’s at your feet was just amazing. We will be going through you guy’s again and i would recommend this room to anyone and everyone…THANK YOU FOR A GREAT HOLIDAY

This apartment is fabulously located and has almnost everything you need. Being above a shopping centre, it takes only minutes to pop downstairs and grab something to cook, or to grab takeaway. You can walk to everything and the views are spectacular. It wasn’t beach weather, so the indoor pool was most welcome for the kids. (We’d like to come back in summer to make use of the great outdoor facilities). The price we paid was fabulously low too!
THe only down side to our stay was the lack of internet access in the apartment. Otherwise – fabulous!

I must say that our stay there was fantastic. The view was second to none, it was tastefully furnished, and the parking was extremely convenient. The facilities at the resort were sensational, from the “beach” and barbeque area on level 5 or 6 to the shops, eateries, and pub in the downstairs mall made for a great stay. The convenience of the supermarket downstairs was also one of the main reasons why we chose your apartment. The only regret I have is that we spent most of our stay at the theme parks for our children and I would have liked more time to relax at the resort and take advantage of the facilities, although we did spend many evenings wandering through the shops enjoying the late trading on the Gold Coast. It is for this reason that I will return in the future and will be recommending this resort to all of my friends and acquaintances
