The apartment facilities include the living area where the lounge area and dining area are found. The lounge area’s primary purpose is for lounging. This is why comfortable lounge chairs, flat screen TV, DVD player and sound system are provided. If you feel like lounging outdoors, the balcony is easily accessible from this room. Just wanted to give you a little feedback on our stay at CR1314, Unit 1314 Chevron Renaissance, 23 Ferny Avenue, Surfers Paradise. We had a wonderful stay and the apartment was lovely. We will definitely be back, hopefully sooner rather than later. None of us wanted to come home and wished we could have a had a couple of more nights.
We did have a great time during our stay at Chevron Renaissance. The apartment was exactly as described: clean, spacious, beautiful views, great location, good facilities, having 2 parking spaces, closed to everything… We’ll be back to Gold Coast soon and definitely will book our next accommodation with GCHR.

We had a great time on the gold coast, and the apartments we had were very good. The resort facilities were good also. When we come back to gold coast again in 2-3 years, we would love to stay again.
We had a marvelous time during our stay at the Chevron Renaissance. The apartment went beyond our expectations and was very comfortable for the 7 of us! The views were amazing and the resort facilities were wonderful – loved the Lagoon Pool! We will definately be staying there the next time we visit the Gold Coast
