Situated on the 31st level of Chevron Renaissance’s Skyline Tower 1, Apartment 1314 is a delightful apartment for your Gold Coast holiday. The views of the Pacific Ocean from this height are unsurpassed, and will keep you relaxed and invigorated.
Apartment 1314 has three bedrooms. Normally sleeping six there is plenty of room for two extra guests to comfortably stay and sleep. The master bedroom offers a king‐sized bed, with a walk‐in robe and a built‐in bathroom. The balcony can be accessed from this room via a sliding glass door.
The second bedroom has two single beds, while the third bedroom has one queen sized bed.
The main bathroom of this Surfers Paradise apartment is luxurious, with a bathtub, a granite hand basin, a shower and a toilet.
You have access to secure covered parking for two vehicles, at no additional cost. Another Chevron Renaissance apartment, Apartment 1312, is also available on the same floor of the Skyline Tower. This Gold Coast apartment has similar features, and can also be booked if you need more space. Booking both apartments is ideal for large families or groups that are too big to fit into a single apartment.
Apartment facilities consist of the following:
- Living area: The lounge area is a favorite area for most guests, with its flat screen TV, sound system and DVD player. It also has a dining table where the whole group can get together. For some quiet time, you can also access the balcony from this room, where you can fully appreciate the beauty of the Gold Coast waters. The lounge and dining area contains a lounge suite, dining table with six chairs, flat screen TV with Austar (no additional charge), DVD player and sound system. The lounge room has floor to ceiling glass doors that open onto a balcony from where you can enjoy the stunning ocean views.
- Kitchen: The fully equipped gourmet designer kitchen has granite bench tops, double stainless steel sink, electric cooktop, wall oven, rangehood, 370 litre refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave.
- Bathrooms: The main bathroom has a hand basin with granite finishes, bathtub, shower, toilet and hairdryer.
- Laundry: Full laundry facilities with washer, dryer, vacuum cleaner and iron.
The award winning Chevron Renaissance shopping precinct, just a short stroll from the resort and offers a select mix of cosmopolitan cafes and restaurants, fashion boutiques and specialty stores along pristine, palm‐lined boulevards.

For those evenings when you just want to relax, the modern and well-appointed kitchen and dining area make home-cooked meals easy and enjoyable.
After dinner, sit back and relax in front of your flat-screen TV or sit and take in the evening breeze while enjoying a coffee on the balcony.
All linen items are supplied (sheets, blankets, towels). The apartment is fitted with ducted air conditioning, sprinkler system and smoke detectors. Being situated in a gated security complex, it has private security lifts for the sole use of residents and their invited guests, security intercom access and free under cover parking for two (2) vehicle.s For your safety, internal chain locks are fitted to all balcony sliding doors.

Just wanted to give you a little feedback on our stay at CR1314, Unit 1314 Chevron Renaissance, 23 Ferny Avenue, Surfers Paradise. We had a wonderful stay and the apartment was lovely. We will definitely be back, hopefully sooner rather than later. None of us wanted to come home and wished we could have a had a couple of more nights.
We did have a great time during our stay at Chevron Renaissance. The apartment was exactly as described: clean, spacious, beautiful views, great location, good facilities, having 2 parking spaces, closed to everything… We’ll be back to Gold Coast soon and definitely will book our next accommodation with GCHR.
Your accomodation is the best and would’nt stay anywhere else on the Gold Coast.
We had a great time on the gold coast, and the apartments we had were very good. The resort facilities were good also. When we come back to gold coast again in 2-3 years, we would love to stay again.
We had a marvelous time during our stay at the Chevron Renaissance. The apartment went beyond our expectations and was very comfortable for the 7 of us! The views were amazing and the resort facilities were wonderful – loved the Lagoon Pool! We will definately be staying there the next time we visit the Gold Coast
