Apartment 1312 of the Chevron Renaissance is located on the 31st level of the Skyline Tower 1. From this point, Apartment 1312 offers panoramic scenes of the rolling waves of the Pacific Ocean. This luxurious Gold Coast apartment offers relaxation in the heart of Surfers Paradise. Chevron Renaissance Apartment 1312 has 3 bedrooms, comfortably fitting up to 8 visitors.
The master bedroom offers a welcoming king-sized bed and a walk-in wardrobe. The built-in bathroom is made of grand granite finishes. The second and the third bedrooms both contain two single beds each. Both rooms also have one walk-in wardrobe each. The main bathroom is luxurious, with a bathtub, a shower, a hand basin that has granite finishes and a toilet. The apartment also has a small powder room with a hand basin and a toilet.
There is ducted air conditioning throughout the entire apartment, to keep you comfortable throughout your entire stay. The designer kitchen is complete with all the important cooking equipment, such as a cooktop, a rangehood, a wall oven, a microwave and a refrigerator. The living room is spacious, with a TV and DVD player for your entertainment needs. Here you will also find a dining table and several chairs. Linen is supplied, and guests are allowed access to complete laundry facilities.
Apartment 1312 has a superb balcony offering magnificent views of the ocean. The balcony can be accessed via glass doors located in the master bedroom and the lounge area. For your peace of mind, the apartment is located in a gated complex. There is a secure intercom access in the building. Residents are allowed to use the private security lift. The apartment has a covered parking area where guests are allowed to park one vehicle for free.
There is another apartment on the same floor of the Chevron Renaissance, Apartment 1314, which you can also choose to book for your Gold Coast holiday. This Gold Coast apartment is especially popular with big groups or families that will not fit in just a single apartment.

I just wanted to thank you all for an absolutely fabulous holiday experience in CR1314 and 1312 last week! My family and I had alot of fun and many many laughs, made even better by the excellent surroundings and facilities. I would have no hesitation in recommending these two units, especially for larger families, they were excellent. Thank you all for organising our booking and despatching keys etc in such a smooth and pain free way. My husbands birthday went without any hitch whatsoever and I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome.

I recently stayed at one of your properties in the Chevron Renaissance towers and was very impressed by the room. I was also very impressed by the correspondence and help I received when booking the accomodation. I am currently looking for accommodation for 3 nights for 6 adults checking in on 31st December 2010. Do you have any accomodation available that you believe would suit us? It does not have to be at the Chevron Renaissance as I believe you manage a number of properties? Ideally we would love something that has 3 bedrooms.
We had such a great time during our stay at the apartment. The view was amazing and the facilities were great.
I thought the unit was fantastic. As did the other 7 guys who stayed. The view was fantastic, amenities were outstanding. The 2 rollout beds were out and made which made it easy upon arrival. All of the boy’s have partners and said they will look to use GCHR after the unit we stayed in plus the price & ease at which we could book & look after ourselves.

The apartment has everything we need to be comfortable and the views are just amazing. Our family has fond memories of staying in 1312 and so has become our favourite. We also love the resort for the amenities. The children love the lagoon pool and my partner and I love the spa and cooking a barbeque dinner for our family in the evenings.
Downstairs has everything we require for our stay, Coles, restaurants, clothes shops, close to the beach and we just loved walking through Surfers Paradise and all their shops. Who needs a car??
We have recommended your apartments to our friends and once again, thank you, and we look forward to coming back again next year.

Chevron Renaissance exceeded our expectations. The apartment (1312) was lovely, modern and exactly what we hoped for. The views were outstanding and the location perfect. I booked Apt 1312 and 1314 which was perfect for our large group! With everything just a stone throw away we couldnt have stayed at a better place!
