Affordable 3-bedroom Surfers Paradise apartment
When planning for a holiday in one of the premier tourist destinations on the Gold Coast, look no further as Chevron Renaissance Resort. The resort’s Surfers Paradise apartments are known for comfort and affordable rates. Apartment 1312 is a 3-bedroom apartment that only costs $275 a night. The apartment will normally fit 6 but can fit up to 8 people comfortably.
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed with a walk-in wardrobe. There is an en suite bathroom designed with granite finishes. The second and third bedroom has two single beds each. Both bedrooms have walk-in wardrobes as well. There is a main bathroom that features a luxurious bathtub, shower, toilet and hand basin. Apartment 1312 has a small powder room that features a toilet and hand basin for guests.
It can be really hot in Surfers Paradise during the summer but you won’t feel the heat as Chevron Renaissance apartments are fully air-conditioned. This will keep you cool and comfortable during your stay.
Restaurants are just walking distance from the resort and there are a lot of cuisines you can choose from. On the other hand, we doubt you’d even want to eat restaurant food once you see the gourmet kitchen. The kitchen equipment is complete which will make it a joy to prepare you own dishes.
The Surfers Paradise apartments at Chevron Renaissance are known for ultimate comfort and this is what you will experience in the lounge area. The lounge area has comfortable sofas for your viewing pleasure. There is the flat screen TV with free Austar, DVD player and sound system. The dining area is found in the living area.
Balcony access is available from the master bedroom and the living area. Floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors lead to the balcony where spectacular views of the beaches and Pacific Ocean are enjoyed all day. The views up here are breath taking. You can watch the sunrise or sunset without climbing a mountain.
Linen, sheets and towels are supplied but laundry facilities are available too. Sprinkler systems and smoke detectors are installed in apartments for emergency purposes. Residents have access to the security intercom and private lifts. All doors are fitted with internal chain locks for added safety. Parking spaces are covered and secured.
Chevron Renaissance’s Surfers Paradise apartments are very popular for travelling families and large groups of friends. If you are interested in another room, Apartment 1314 is just down the hall. You will not be disappointed staying in Chevron Renaissance Resort.

I just wanted to thank you all for an absolutely fabulous holiday experience in CR1314 and 1312 last week! My family and I had alot of fun and many many laughs, made even better by the excellent surroundings and facilities. I would have no hesitation in recommending these two units, especially for larger families, they were excellent. Thank you all for organising our booking and despatching keys etc in such a smooth and pain free way. My husbands birthday went without any hitch whatsoever and I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome.

I recently stayed at one of your properties in the Chevron Renaissance towers and was very impressed by the room. I was also very impressed by the correspondence and help I received when booking the accomodation. I am currently looking for accommodation for 3 nights for 6 adults checking in on 31st December 2010. Do you have any accomodation available that you believe would suit us? It does not have to be at the Chevron Renaissance as I believe you manage a number of properties? Ideally we would love something that has 3 bedrooms.
We had such a great time during our stay at the apartment. The view was amazing and the facilities were great.
I thought the unit was fantastic. As did the other 7 guys who stayed. The view was fantastic, amenities were outstanding. The 2 rollout beds were out and made which made it easy upon arrival. All of the boy’s have partners and said they will look to use GCHR after the unit we stayed in plus the price & ease at which we could book & look after ourselves.

Thank you once again for having us in your apartment 1312. Our second time staying in your apartment was just as wonderful as the first and would definitely stay there again.
The apartment has everything we need to be comfortable and the views are just amazing. Our family has fond memories of staying in 1312 and so has become our favourite. We also love the resort for the amenities. The children love the lagoon pool and my partner and I love the spa and cooking a barbeque dinner for our family in the evenings.
Downstairs has everything we require for our stay, Coles, restaurants, clothes shops, close to the beach and we just loved walking through Surfers Paradise and all their shops. Who needs a car??
We have recommended your apartments to our friends and once again, thank you, and we look forward to coming back again next year.

Chevron Renaissance exceeded our expectations. The apartment (1312) was lovely, modern and exactly what we hoped for. The views were outstanding and the location perfect. I booked Apt 1312 and 1314 which was perfect for our large group! With everything just a stone throw away we couldnt have stayed at a better place!
