In the heart of Surfers Paradise lies the wonderful 3-bedroom apartment on the 21st Floor of North Tower 1 of Chevron Renaissance Resort. This 3-bedroom Surfers Paradise apartment is designed to provide luxurious comfort and spacious living. It has a very desirable location and just like any high-rise apartment, the views from Apartment 1213 are gorgeous.
Apartment 1213 can sleep six people but it can easily sleep up to 8 guests at maximum. You can book for the extra foldaway beds in advance. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed and walk-in closet. It has an en suite bathroom complete with luxury fittings. There is a floor-to-ceiling glass door that opens to the balcony where you can see the beautiful beaches of Surfers Paradise. The second bedroom has two single beds and a built-in closet while the third bedroom has a queen-sized bed and built-in closet.
Outside the bedrooms, you can see the lounge and dining area. The formal dining can seat 6 people. Just a few steps away, the lounge features relaxing chairs where you can relax while watching movie on the flat screen TV and DVD player. The lounge area has access to the balcony too. In the balcony area, outdoor table and chair is provided to optimize your viewing pleasure.
This Surfers Paradise apartment has everything you need including a fully equipped gourmet kitchen so you can prepare home-cooked meals during your holiday. There is the stainless steel sink, microwave, refrigerator, electric cooktop, wall over, range hood and dishwasher. The laundry facilities are complete too. Chevron Renaissance Resort makes sure that all residents are safe and secured. The resort is a gated complex to be able to monitor those who enter and exit the establishment. There are smoke detectors and sprinklers installed in every apartment in case of any emergency. There is a secured lift that only residents and invited guests can access. All doors in the apartment have internal chain locks to protect residents from intruders.
