The apartment normally sleeps six people but can easily fit up to eight guests if the two fold-away beds are ordered in advance. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a walk-in wardrobe connecting to an ensuite bathroom, with luxury fittings and granite finishes. Glass doors open from the bedroom to the balcony, where you can catch the morning sun rising over the Pacific Ocean. The second bedroom contains two single beds and a built-in wardrobe. The third bedroom has one queen-sized bed and a built-in wardrobe. The linen items are all supplied.
The elegant lounge and dining area is designed for comfort. The formal dining area seats six and within the lounge you will find comfortable chairs, a flat screen TV, a sound system and a DVD player for the times you just want to relax. The balcony can also be accessed from the lounge. From this high vantage point you can relax around its outdoor chairs and table while enjoying the panoramic views.
The fully equipped gourmet kitchen will make you feel right at home. It has all amenities, from the stainless steel sink, the wall oven, the electric cooktop, the refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and rangehood. Full and separate laundry facilities are also available.
Apartment 1213 is a secure Gold Coast accommodation option, with smoke detectors and sprinkler systems throughout the apartment.
