Lounge and dining: Contains lounge suite, dining table and 4 chairs, flat screen TV and Foxtel (free of charge), DVD player and sound system. The lounge room has tinted windows, block out blinds and floor to ceiling glass doors that open onto a wrap around balcony overlooking the ocean, Coolangatta to the south, the hinterland and the mountains.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with electric cooktop, bench oven, rangehood, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave and quality bench tops.
All linen items are supplied (sheets, blankets, towels). The apartment is fitted climate controlled ducted air, sprinkler system and smoke detectors, block out blinds and tinted windows. Being situated in a gated security complex, it has private security lift to for sole use of residents, security intercom access and free under cover parking for one (1) vehicle. For your safety, internal chain locks are fitted to the front door and all balcony sliding doors.

The Artique Resort was beautiful with stunning views from the 12th floor. Thank-you once again for very prompt service and we will certainly visit again in the future

We stayed in the Artique Apartment 1207 at the end of June/beginning of July. The apartment was excellent and the views terrific. The apartment is first rate. The furniture was very comfortable and the TV channels great for the World Cup! In summary, we thought 1207 a lovely apartment at a really reasonable rate. Better towels would give it a more luxurious feel. That might just be the difference for a future booking.
