18 Alma Street is a waterfront 2-storey home that is fully-furnished. This holiday home is designed to have a spacious and cozy ambiance for all visitors. Purpose built to the exacting specifications of the owner, the attention to detail is evident You can’t help but be mesmerized with the casual elegance, spaciousness and size of this affordable Broadbeach Waters holiday home.

Outside the home, you can enjoy the beautiful gardens, a huge pool and entertainment deck with barbecue area. There is a 38 meter water frontage complete with your very own pontoon and boat ramp to use during your stay.

The interior of the home is modern in design with a spacious atrium entrance. At the left of the atrium, you will see the dining and kitchen areas. This is where the rumpus, media and family rooms are located. At the right of the atrium you’ll find the central living area designed with timber ceiling that are high arched.

On the second floor, the there are 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with its own walking closet and en suite bathroom. This room offers the best water views extending to the Gold Coast hinterland. The other two bedrooms have queen-sized beds while the fourth one has two single beds. Only two bedrooms have the access to the balcony. The main bathroom features a jacuzzi for some pampering time. On the first floor, an additional bathroom can be found. The entire holiday home is air-conditioned.
