Deposit and payment terms

A deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking and must be paid at the time of making the booking. The balance must be paid at least 30 days prior to arrival date. A courtesy reminder will be sent to you 5-6 weeks before arrival date. Tariff for the full period of the booking shall be paid no later than three (3) weeks before occupancy. In the event that the full tariff has not been paid 3 weeks before arrival the Agent can, after giving 2 days notice to the Guest, cancel the booking and seek to relet the property. If the property is re let, at the discretion of the Agent, the deposit may be refunded.

For bookings made within 30 days of arrival date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Please note that where the booking is for more than 4 persons in 2 bedroom property, 6 persons in a 3 bedroom property and 8 persons in a 4 bedroom property rollaway beds will be provided at an additional cost of $55 per person per booking. A non refundable booking fee, at the discretion of the Agent, of $16.50 may apply when the payment of the deposit is processed for bookings of less than 5 days duration.
