Stayed here with a few friends – bought as a gift for me from my parents after a rough year health wise. The unit was just brilliant – could walk everywhere, one street back from Cavill Avenue and right on the water with sensational views. The unit was clean and welcoming. Tony helped with the booking and had the keys sent to me in plenty of time along with all instructions and information we needed. Great place and look forward to staying there again.

The location was fantastic, everything was so close and convenient and this saved us money because we didn’t need to hire a car, the theme park pick up point was literally across the road.

The room was spacious and modern and had all of the conveniences we look for when we are travelling. As a family of four with a small child and a teenager, we were all very pleased with the accommodation.

Thanks for a great stay. The house was just fantastic. We had two families, 4 adults and six kids and the house worked a treat, also ideal for one family. Space for all and the second t.v area was good for the kids, let alone all the dvd’s there to watch. Great little beach in front and the pool out the back the kids lived in. We always stay at resorts when we travel to Queensland but never again, booking a holiday house through a reputable company is the way to go. Looking forward already to our next trip. What is good is that you get to book the exact apartment that you are going to stay in – so no surprises. Most sites you don’t get what you see when booking it online. But Magic Mountain Resort there was NO disappoinment to what my family had experienced first hand. My family enjoyed the time at Magic Mountain Resort and have already recommended it to those even going to Australia for a holiday. We were very pleased with this accomodation. We had 4 days here to explore the Gold Coast with our older teenage kids (x3) and it was perfect for our needs. Literally minutes from Dreamworld, it accomodated us all easily (each had their own bedroom) and had a shopping centre just down the road for any supplies we needed. Has cable TV, games console and 2 large TV’s to keep all parties happy. Couldn’t use the pool this time around but it looked very inviting for the warmer months. All in all, it was great value, loads of room and is in ideal location to explore this region from.

I will like to extend my appreciation to you for arranging such a wonderful accommodation for us during our stay from 3rd June at Abode, 11 Helensvale.

It was not easy finding an affordable accommodation for a group as big as ours. The house was very clean and the location of the house was strategically near many highways and theme parks. It was overall a wonderful stay. The only complain that I have was that the house felt so much like home, we spent too much time in it rather than going out!!!!

I will definitely be contacting you again if I were to seek accommodation in the Gold Coast. By the way, do you just do accommodation I Gold Coast or the rest of Australia as well?

This was a great holiday spot. We had two families stay and the two living spaces were gold after a long day enjoying the sites. 5min from movie world etc and close to good retail and food spots.

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would definitely come back. The house is clean and homely and the ducks hanging around the pool was a novelty for the kids. A great family home with great access in a great location.

An absolute heaven! The property is a fantastic, specious and light! We have spend all the time outdoors around the pool area, cooked meals and had them outside also on the large dining table. The living area is huge, there was enough space for all 8 of us, while some people were chatting away outside and swimming in the pool, some were watching TV, some were in the kitchen or their bedrooms. The bedrooms are very specious, bathrooms are beautiful, kitchen well equipped.
You would not want to leave this place! We have gone out for dinner and to dance, but soon regretted it (unless you are 17 years old there is not much to do around) and came back ‘home’ soon after to relax and eat ice-cream!

Just returned home after 4 nights at 56 Blair Athol. We fell in love with this property as soon as we walked in the front door. Just perfect is the only way to describe the house and the location. We have 4 children (10, 8, 6 and 4) and they loved the gorgeous pool, the fishing pontoon and the huge TV in the lounge room. Perfect weather and we also all caught a fish off the pontoon. We usually stay in apartments in Surfers but never again, this will be our first choice next time we holiday at the Gold Coast. So close to everything (theme parks, shopping centres and Surfers), but there is no traffic noise. We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to return soon. Thank you to Michael, who greeted us on arrival and showed up through the house.

My family (2 adults, 3 children, 1 baby) stayed for 15 nights in Apartment 401 at the Ultra and absolutely loved it. The location is wonderful, just a 4-5 minute walk and you’re at Pacific Fair Shopping Centre and a 7 minute walk to the hub of Broadbeach (with great shopping & restaurants galore).

The apartment was immaculate. Very clean and very comfortable. In the main bedroom there is a king size bed and TV (free to air stations), 2nd bedroom has a QS bed & wardobe, 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds and wardrobe and lots of room for the kids to play in. The kitchen has all that you need, up market appliances and double sided fridge. The living room has a very big & comfortable couch, could easily fit 10 people on there!!! And of course there is Foxtel (IQ2, so great as you can record shows while you’re on holiday and watch it later). Balcony was big and private, you can use the shutters to shut out the wind or sun, but we didn’t need it as it didn’t really get overly cold.

The apartment complex has a fantastic pool/s – there is a toddler pool (approx. 0.5 meters) which was perfect for little children and an enormous long pool for the older kids. There was also a large spa, sauna and steam room. They have a theatrette that you can use free of charge (you need to supply your own DVD) and a tennis court (don’t forget to bring your tennis raquest/balls or you can rent them off the reception). All facilities as the complex were exceptionally clean and very well maintained on a regular daily basis.

The service we received from GCHR was superb. We have a 5 month old baby and requested for a portocot and reclinable highchair, which was in the apartment when we arrived. As we stayed for 15 nights, we had a complimentary mid-stay clean (vacuum, change of linen etc.) – was great to have the apartment freshened up half way through our stay. We have used GCHR before and would only go through them for our Gold Coast holidays as they are extremely helpful, experienced and willing to help out in any way to make your holiday the best it can be.

All in all – we loved this apartment – we will be returning in October 2011 and cannot wait to book this apartment again – 10 out of 10!!!!

I have holidayed in the Gold Coast on a number of occasions now and stayed at different apartments each time. Our most recent visit we decided to stay at Palm Springs Apartment room 103 for 7 days. There were 6 of us in total and we were all definitely impressed with the apartment, facilities and location of Palm Beach.

Having 2 young kids, it was a perfect choice – the kids had lots of area to play, enjoyed the communal pool which was well maintained and the beach was a very very short walk from the apartment. The apartment itself was well maintained and we all loved how each room had their own ensuite and view of the beach.

I totally agree with Rhiannon, Palm Beach is a much more relaxing area to stay particularly if you have a young family like we do.

It will definitely be our choice of accommodation next time we visit the Gold Coast, highly recommended to anyone wanting a relaxing place to stay.

I will like to extend my appreciation to you for arranging such a wonderful accommodation for us during our stay from 3rd June at Abode, 11 Helensvale.

It was not easy finding an affordable accommodation for a group as big as ours. The house was very clean and the location of the house was strategically near many highways and theme parks. It was overall a wonderful stay. The only complain that I have was that the house felt so much like home, we spent too much time in it rather than going out!!!!

I will definitely be contacting you again if I were to seek accommodation in the Gold Coast. By the way, do you just do accommodation I Gold Coast or the rest of Australia as well?

We were very pleased with this accomodation. We had 4 days here to explore the Gold Coast with our older teenage kids (x3) and it was perfect for our needs. Literally minutes from Dreamworld, it accomodated us all easily (each had their own bedroom) and had a shopping centre just down the road for any supplies we needed. Has cable TV, games console and 2 large TV’s to keep all parties happy. Couldn’t use the pool this time around but it looked very inviting for the warmer months. All in all, it was great value, loads of room and is in ideal location to explore this region from.

Just returned home after 4 nights at 56 Blair Athol. We fell in love with this property as soon as we walked in the front door. Just perfect is the only way to describe the house and the location. We have 4 children (10, 8, 6 and 4) and they loved the gorgeous pool, the fishing pontoon and the huge TV in the lounge room. Perfect weather and we also all caught a fish off the pontoon. We usually stay in apartments in Surfers but never again, this will be our first choice next time we holiday at the Gold Coast. So close to everything (theme parks, shopping centres and Surfers), but there is no traffic noise. We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to return soon. Thank you to Michael, who greeted us on arrival and showed up through the house.

An absolute heaven! The property is a fantastic, specious and light! We have spend all the time outdoors around the pool area, cooked meals and had them outside also on the large dining table. The living area is huge, there was enough space for all 8 of us, while some people were chatting away outside and swimming in the pool, some were watching TV, some were in the kitchen or their bedrooms. The bedrooms are very specious, bathrooms are beautiful, kitchen well equipped.
You would not want to leave this place! We have gone out for dinner and to dance, but soon regretted it (unless you are 17 years old there is not much to do around) and came back ‘home’ soon after to relax and eat ice-cream!

Sure the apartment is a bit on the tired side, but for the price I would not expect much more. Being a bit “tired also minimises the worry that you might otherwise have if you inadvertently left a mark on something that you would be concerned about if the apartment were newer. We stayed in the Artique Apartment 1207 at the end of June/beginning of July. The apartment was excellent and the views terrific. The apartment is first rate. The furniture was very comfortable and the TV channels great for the World Cup! In summary, we thought 1207 a lovely apartment at a really reasonable rate. Better towels would give it a more luxurious feel. That might just be the difference for a future booking.

My extended family and I had a wonderful week at Magic Mountain Resort. The apartment was as seen on the website (not always the case). We certainly enjoyed the private access via elevator and if steps are an issue, perhaps this resort is not for you. The kids absolutely loved the pools, especially the infinity pool. We enjoyed the visit of numerous magpies and bush turkeys to our balcony and the sound of the birds and ocean in the mornings. We recently stayed at the Magic Mountain Resort in Apt.C5 and were very pleased with the size and design of the unit. There was plenty of room, TV in both bedrooms and the 3 bathrooms were very handy. We love to cook and were very pleased with the barbeque but the kitchen was not very well equipped, (no tin opener not enough cutlery etc) when we rang Andrew he was extremely helpful and dropped a few things around that afternoon. But overall we very much enjoyed our stay and were most impressed with the attention to detail and help from both Tony and Andrew throughout the whole booking. We would certainly recommend it to other families and look forward to using your agency again next year.

We stayed in unit 3505, Crown Towers and found it very clean and spacious, with the most amazing views. The facilities within the complex are outstanding, with everything you need right at your door. The service that Tony and the GCHR team provided, was very professional and prompt and we were so impressed with everything, we ended up extending our stay… only wish it could have been longer, but we had to return to work. We would definitly recommend unit 3505 and the GCHR team and will be utilizing their services again soon.

Have just found Palm Beachs’ best kept secret!! Excellent apartment – well furnished with modern fittings, huge balcony with fantastic views, quiet complex with absolute beach frontage, patrolled beach approx 200 metres. All our enquiries and subsequent bookings were handled efficiently and with a minimum of fuss by Andrew who was kind enough to offer a discounted rate when we returned and stayed for another extra long weekend two weeks later!! The only problem we encountered was trying to leave the underground carpark without having a FOB key as we had to leave them in the apartment. We stayed here over New Years for 5 nights. We were looking to stay at Surfers, but being such a busy time of year, everything was booked out. It ended up being a good thing, as Palm Beach is a much more relaxing area to stay. So much quieter! And the beach is beautiful!

The apartment is clean and very spacious. The bedrooms and bathrooms are massive and though very plain and simple, its all you need for a few nights. “FANTASTIC” the view was was just spectacular, was so central to everything. we stayed for 3 weeks and was still not long enough. This apartment is fabulously located and has almnost everything you need. Being above a shopping centre, it takes only minutes to pop downstairs and grab something to cook, or to grab takeaway. You can walk to everything and the views are spectacular. It wasn’t beach weather, so the indoor pool was most welcome for the kids. (We’d like to come back in summer to make use of the great outdoor facilities). The price we paid was fabulously low too!
THe only down side to our stay was the lack of internet access in the apartment. Otherwise – fabulous!

I must say that our stay there was fantastic. The view was second to none, it was tastefully furnished, and the parking was extremely convenient. The facilities at the resort were sensational, from the “beach” and barbeque area on level 5 or 6 to the shops, eateries, and pub in the downstairs mall made for a great stay. The convenience of the supermarket downstairs was also one of the main reasons why we chose your apartment. The only regret I have is that we spent most of our stay at the theme parks for our children and I would have liked more time to relax at the resort and take advantage of the facilities, although we did spend many evenings wandering through the shops enjoying the late trading on the Gold Coast. It is for this reason that I will return in the future and will be recommending this resort to all of my friends and acquaintances

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Chevron Towers, Appt 2392. The apartment is very well appointed and very comfortable for our family of 5. The views are spectacular from the 39th floor and the facilities are great. We only stayed for a short time but still managed to use the gym and both the indoor and outdoor pools. The location is very convenient in the centre of Surfers, right next to Cavill street, and we loved having the Coles supermarket at the base of the Towers for ready access. There are many dining and shopping options all on your doorstep as well as being only minutes to Seaworld and approx 30 min drive to the other theme parks (Dreamworld, Movieworld). Would definitely recommend this accommodation for short or long term holiday stays on the GC. Thanks to Tony Boulden for his exceptional customer service!

The apartment has everything we need to be comfortable and the views are just amazing. Our family has fond memories of staying in 1312 and so has become our favourite. We also love the resort for the amenities. The children love the lagoon pool and my partner and I love the spa and cooking a barbeque dinner for our family in the evenings.

Downstairs has everything we require for our stay, Coles, restaurants, clothes shops, close to the beach and we just loved walking through Surfers Paradise and all their shops. Who needs a car??

I booked Apt 1312 and 1314 which was perfect for our large group! With everything just a stone throw away we couldnt have stayed at a better place! We were pleased with apartment and facilities at the complex. The sending of the keys (which I was worried about being in WA) was a smooth process. The cleanliness and up keep of the unit and whole complex was good. The car parking, pool and facilities and the convenience of the shopping centre down stairs was excellent. The only other suggestion I could give is to have pool towels, or remind people they need to pack their own. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

The whole experience was so easy,I was a little uneasy at first as I paid up front for the four days with no actual contact only emails. but i did not have any thing to worry about it all went so smoothly and everything was as we were told it would be. We always love coming to the GC and staying at your apartments. They are spacious, have everything we need and always clean. Not to mention all the great facilities at the towers. The only comment i would give for improvement would be to also have some pool towels provided since there are so many swimming pools and people are starting to fly with carry-on baggage only these days for the 3-5 night get aways. Look forward to staying at your apartments again next year!

We stayed with 2 adults and 3 young children. The apartment, resort facilities and the central location made this a great place to stay on the Gold Coast with young family and you are central to all things.
The apartment was very spacious and top quality with fantastic views. The kids loved the beach style lagoon pool of the resort which was just a few mins from major shops, cafes, restaurants etc.

This was an ideal apartment and resort for a family holiday. We travelled with a baby and toddler plus grandparents, and the apartment was roomy enough for all 6 of us, plus beach gear, tricycle and pram. Balcony doors also have safety locks on them for extra peace of mind.

The lagoon style pool makes the Chevron an idea resort for kids – we didn’t even get to the beach as the little ones were thrilled with the pools. It is also handy a to supermarket and eateries – no car required

Finally, thanks to Tony for being so responsive. The personalised service is great and takes the unknown out of on-line booking. Highly recommended.

Wow Tony, Thank you so so much for Apartment 3343, it was too die for.

It always difficult to book on-line but you were true to your word and the apartment (especially the view) was incredible. Our interstate family were so impressed, in fact we all were and we will definitely be back.

The location was superb, in fact we kept going back there to shop even when we stayed elsewhere.

This is the first time we have had 8 under the one roof but it was fantastic, the apartment accommodated all our needs ‘ littlies, teenagers and us adults’. Thank you for allowing us the extra beds and early arrival, three nights were definitely NOT ENOUGH. We will be back, minus the little kids lol.

We would highly recommend this place and nothing was a problem with Tony. Tony, consider yourself ‘gold starred’
